Delivery information

Once your order is packed, one of our couriers brings it straight to your door. Here's how delivery works from start to finish.

Where we deliver

Bammat operates across Luxembourg. The stores you can order from depend on your address — enter it in the app and we'll show only the stores that reach you, each with its live distance and delivery estimate. We're continuously adding new stores and neighbourhoods.

Delivery times

  On-demandWhen a store is open, your order is shopped and delivered as soon as possible — typically within the hour, depending on distance and demand.
• 
  ScheduledPrefer a set window, or ordering while a store is closed? Choose "Schedule" and pick an available slot.

Delivery fees

Fees depend on the store and the distance to your address. Your exact delivery fee — plus any applicable service fee — is always shown in your cart before you pay, with no surprises at the door.

How delivery works

1. Order confirmedYour basket is sent to the store and a shopper is assigned.
2. Shopping & replacementsYour shopper picks each item and contacts you about anything out of stock, based on your preferences.
3. On the wayOnce packed, a courier heads to you. You can follow along in the app.
4. DeliveredYour groceries arrive fresh. Add notes at checkout to help the courier find you.

Good to know

• ❄️Chilled & frozenFor food-safety reasons, please be available to receive orders with chilled or frozen items.
• 🪪Age-restricted itemsAlcohol and other age-restricted products require a valid ID at delivery. The courier may refuse handover if age can't be confirmed.
• 📝Delivery notesBuilding codes, floor, or where to leave the order — add them at checkout.
• 📞Can't be reachedIf the courier can't reach you on arrival, they'll attempt to contact you before the order is returned. Re-delivery may incur a fee.
